Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
Sip + Make + Take, a division of Vino's Chick LLC, is an entertainment service providing its customers with DIY Décor, upcyling and crafting instruction at various locations in the US.
We reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to make changes from time to time and without notice in how we operate our service. Any description of how our service works should not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how the service will always work. We are constantly making adjustments to our service and often these adjustments are not completely captured within these Terms of Use.
Availability. The availability of Sip + Make + Take events at particular venues in various cities and states will change from time to time. The availability of a specific instructor may also change at our sole discretion without notice.
Class Cancelations. Sip + Make + Take reserves the right to cancel a class if fewer than 10 people register and reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
Finished Product: Although professional instruction and materials are supplied for each project, Sip + Make + Take makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your finished craft or individual experience.
Start Time. Sip + Make + Takewill make every effort to begin the instruction at the designated start time and complete the instruction under two (2) hours, however, the time it takes to begin and complete the instruction will vary based on a number of factors.
Project Changes: Sip + Make + Take may change what projects are on the calendar without notice.
Privacy Policy and Communications: Any personally identifying information submitted through the Sip + Make + Take service is subject to our Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein.
By using the Sip + Make + Take service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Sip + Make + Take . These communications will include notices about your purchase (e.g., change in event time or venue or Payment Method, confirmation e-mails and other transactional information) and information concerning or related to our service. These communications are part of your relationship with Sip + Make + Take and you receive them as part of the Sip + Make + Take service. You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing. By using our service, you are consenting to receive certain communications from us. For example, Sip + Make + Take may send you newsletters about new features, special offers, promotional announcements and customer surveys via email or other methods. If you no longer want to receive the newsletters, other promotional announcements or non-transactional communications, simply email info@vinoschick.com and ask to be removed from future communication.
